Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription plan.
1. Fixed-Term Subscriptions
VS Steno offers fixed-duration digital subscription plans (such as 1-month, 3-month, and other available plans). Upon successful payment, users receive immediate access to stenography practice dictations, transcripts, evaluations, and other digital learning resources.
All subscriptions are valid only for the selected plan duration and do not renew automatically.
2. Cancellation
Since VS Steno offers fixed-term digital subscriptions, cancellation is not applicable once a subscription has been purchased and activated.
You may stop using the service at any time; however, no refund, credit, extension, or transfer will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided after purchase, all subscription purchases are considered non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances determined by VS Steno or where required under applicable law.
Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:
* Duplicate or double payment caused by a payment gateway or technical error.
* A verified system-wide technical issue that makes the service inaccessible for more than 15 consecutive days, excluding scheduled maintenance.
* Any other situation where a refund is required under applicable law.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date by emailing vsrank.app@outlook.com with the following details:
* Registered email address
* Transaction ID or payment reference
* Date of payment
* Reason for the refund request
4. Refund Decision
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
VS Steno reserves the sole right to determine whether a refund request will be approved, rejected, or processed as a full refund, partial refund, or no refund at all, based on the circumstances of the request, supporting evidence, and applicable laws.
The decision of VS Steno regarding refund requests shall be final.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The actual time taken for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
